How can I create a customer account or register?

To create a customer account, simply click on “My Account” at the top of the screen, enter your email address and follow the steps provided.

What are the advantages of a customer account?

With a customer account you can access your order history and the status of current orders at any time.
It also saves you time at checkout and allows you to save and sync your wish list.

What search options do I have on the website?

In addition to the country and year of publication standards, you can search and filter by many other criteria on our website.
Just try it out and search for specific terms, categories, motifs, states and even locations, for example.

What can I do if an item is not available?

Please feel free to contact us at any time - ideally via our contact form on the "Contact" page.
You can also send us your search list by email.
We have very good international contacts and will be happy to help you find specific articles and editions.

Can I send you my search list?

You are welcome to send us your search list by email at any time.
We have very good international contacts and will be happy to help you find specific items.
The search is non-binding for you and of course free of charge.

How do I find out about new items?

The best thing to do is to sign up for our free newsletter - we will inform you at regular intervals about new items and current offers. The newsletter is free and can be unsubscribed at any time.

You are also welcome to send us a search list. When processing search lists, we will automatically contact you as soon as an item from your list is available.

What is the difference between Classic and Anniversary?

To mark the 5th anniversary of the 0 euro notes, many motifs were issued in two versions from 2020 to 2022, the usual standard edition (also called classic) and a so-called anniversary edition.
In contrast to the Classic version, the Anniversary version has a hologram on the left front with the text “Anniversary 2020”. In addition, the circulation of the Anniversary editions was significantly smaller than that of the Classic editions.
Otherwise, both variants are identical in text and motif.

Vouchers

Do you offer gift vouchers?

We offer gift vouchers in various amounts and designs, both digital and printed.
To do this, simply enter the term "voucher" in the search in our shop or select the "Gift Vouchers" category under "Shop" in the navigation bar.

How can I redeem a voucher?

To redeem a voucher, click on the shopping cart at the top right of the page and then click "Enter code". Then enter the voucher code there.

Shipment

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

However, in special situations (e.g. war, riots) it may happen that shipping to certain areas is temporarily not possible by the shipping service provider. We check this when processing each order and will inform you immediately of any possible changes or delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

We deliver free of charge to most countries from a value of 200 € - within Germany already from 100 €.

What should be considered when specifying the delivery address?

What should be considered when ordering to Helgoland and Büsingen?

We offer customers currently located in Helgoland or Büsingen sales and shipping without German VAT.
Please contact us BEFORE submitting your order if you would like a VAT exemption.

What should be considered when ordering to Arab countries?
